REMEMBER TO KEEP THE MAIN THING THE MAIN THING

 

Set your big goal, whether it be training for the English Channel, another open water swim or another challenge!

 Then set short term goals, structure your training to achieve your short term goals, day to day training brings you closer to reaching your short term goals and closer to your big goal, your big goal is the main thing.
